Dey Macha...!

Its a known fact that most of the Indian's are polyglots. Many students who study in other Indian states will pick up the local language very quickly. A lad from Hyderabad who is working in Chennai's IT firm is able to speak in reasonable Tamil in a span of 1 to 2 years. Despite of the fact that these two languages are completely different from each other. either it may be the script or pronunciation, people found it easy to learn the language. For this no one ever attended the classes or took an online course.

Rey Mama...!

Then, why are we not able to emulate the same experience to learn German ? or Isn't it working out ? Which of them is correct.

Telugu, Tamil is our native languages Mama, we have many similar words, but German is different you know!!!  Lot of grammar, above all many complicated verb conjugations and article forms, it is very difficult to learn.

Oh Mann....!

"The shortcut for learning a language is only understanding the people's culture and socializing. Back in India you have similar cultures and found it easy to mingle with each other. So you started loving the other languages and ended up in speaking them, however difficult they may be. But you found Germans different from you both in culture and traditions and this is making you to shy away from Germans. Start approaching the people, try and accustom to the culture, then improving your German is inevitable. Moreover as English speakers you can learn it much faster"- Julie.

We all together have to change this situation of German phobia...!
Alles Klar,
Its time to say Oh Mann....Tschussss.
